Now the company is trying to challenge the use of the trademark "WBNUTYY VEBANUTYY", which belongs to an individual entrepreneur.
The brand "WBnuty" has a page on Wildberries, but the entrepreneur had to rebrand.
Now it sells its products under the new name "MANIFE$TOR".
The entrepreneur explained that Wildberries algorithms prohibited her from placing internal advertising on the marketplace and rejected any mention of her company.
The fact is that Wildberries found the brand name “WBnuty” unacceptable, despite the patent and documents from government agencies.
Wildberries considered the brand to be compromising, citing the fact that these were obscene expressions.
