Wildberries spoke about an innovation that will soon be available to all Russians.
Large-sized goods, including equipment, building materials and other products, can be received by door-to-door delivery.
This information was reported by the company's press service, RIA Novosti reports.
It is noted that this function can already be used by residents of 400 settlements in 24 regions of Russia.
However, the company does not intend to stop there. During 2025, Wildberries will gradually expand the geography of deliveries not only across the Russian Federation, but also across the CIS countries where the marketplace is present.
It is noted that the free door-to-door delivery service will apply to:
- household appliances;
- furniture;
- building materials;
- plumbing;
- goods for the garden.
Testing this function in major Russian cities has already increased buyers' interest in large-sized goods. The total number of orders has increased almost 6 times.
