Scientific Director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, reported a strong weather anomaly throughout Russia.
The reason for such strange weather for November is the transfer of warm air masses from the Atlantic.
Temperatures in European territory will remain 4-5 degrees above normal, TASS emphasized.
Vilfand said that in the Urals and Siberia, anomalies reach 15-20 degrees. In Eastern Siberia and Yakutia, the temperature significantly exceeds the usual indicators.
In addition, in the Sverdlovsk region the temperature will be close to zero, which is surprising for November.
It will be warmer than usual in the center of Yakutia, where anomalies can reach 16-20 degrees.
Above average weather will also prevail in the Tyumen and Kurgan regions.
