The Chairperson of the Federation Council addressed officials from the Ministry of Health.
Valentina Matviyenko called on the department's representatives to take control of the process of transition to clinical recommendations and respond to doctors who are "buzzing" with dissatisfaction.
The speaker of the upper house of parliament spoke about the situation that has developed in the healthcare system, TASS reports.
The Ministry of Health states that there are no problems with the transition to new clinical requirements.
But medical workers are expressing dissatisfaction, Matvienko pointed out.
The Federation Council Chairperson emphasized that the agency needs to intervene and fully carry out the work.
"You may not have problems, but doctors do. <…> You must conduct extensive explanatory work, selectors with the regions," the politician addressed the officials.
The issues arising in the healthcare system cannot be ignored, added the speaker of the Federation Council.
The transition period ends on January 1 of next year, after which the medical institution must provide services in accordance with clinical recommendations.
Many aspects of the entire system are based on them: financing, legal nuances, etc.
