The popular all-inclusive format in Turkish hotels has drawn criticism from experts.
The head of the Turkish Small Hoteliers Association, Ertan Ustaoglu, said that such a system harms the health of tourists and limits their travel experience.
According to him, guests prefer to stay within the hotel, practically not leaving its boundaries during their vacation. This is reported by RIA Novosti .
Ustaoglu suggests replacing the all-inclusive with a more flexible format that allows tourists to visit different restaurants outside the hotel.
This approach, as noted by Turkish hoteliers, will help tourists diversify their vacation.
Representatives of the tourism industry also believe that tourists need more choice in services and food.
However, Antalya Mayor's Advisor Osman Ayik explained that a complete rejection of the popular "all inclusive" format among tourists is unlikely. Only new options are possible at the request of guests.
