18-year-old Valentina Alekseeva from the Chuvash Republic won the Miss Russia 2024 contest.
The final of the event took place in the concert hall of the Barvikha Luxury Village with the participation of 50 Russian women.
The Vice-Miss were Irina Mironova from Tolyatti and Ulyana Evdokimova from St. Petersburg, TASS reports.
The competition jury included, among others, Dmitry Malikov and Yuliana Karaulova.
After her victory, Valentina Alekseeva promised to represent the Russian Federation with dignity at the Miss Universe contest.
She said: “I will do everything possible and impossible to make Russia the best.”
The girl also admitted that she feels happiness and excitement for the future.
She added that she didn’t have any hopes, but simply experienced positive emotions from the process.
