According to a shaman named Kara-ool Dopchun-ool, shamans do not act on their own initiative, but first and foremost respond to people’s requests.

According to him, if there are authorities in any area, then they should turn to shamans with a request to conduct the ritual.
However, now the authorities do not pay attention to shamans and everything connected with them. And the shamans themselves do not have the right to conduct their rituals, so that there are no fires, the weather is always warm and rains come when they are needed.
Shamans are those who must answer people’s requests, emphasized Kara-ool Dopchun-ool.
Shamans all over Russia are ready to come to the aid of people if they receive a corresponding request.
And according to the supreme shaman, natural resource management agencies and ministries should not forget that shamans know the location of places of power and are always ready to help improve weather conditions.
