The department is planning to make a proposal to warn vehicle owners about the upcoming towing of an improperly parked vehicle.

Therefore, the State Duma came up with a proposal to warn vehicle owners 10 minutes before the car is towed to an impound lot.
The explanatory note to the document states that a warning in the form of an SMS will be sent to the subscriber number to which the vehicle is registered.
