Secretary of the diocesan council of the Ryazan Metropolitanate of the Russian Orthodox Church Dmitry Fetisov expressed dissatisfaction with the fashion for “duck” lips among women.
He criticized women who resort to the controversial aesthetic procedure en masse.
In his post on the social network VKontakte, Fetisov reflected on why women subject themselves to such changes.
He wrote, “Dear young ladies, why do you mutilate yourselves with these horrible duck lips?”
He also stressed that the new fashion causes more bewilderment than delight.
The priest notes that he felt uncomfortable when meeting such girls.
According to him, many pretty and beautiful girls spoil their beauty with “duck” lips.
