The Russian Ministry of Defense has decided to cancel the provisions on the personnel reserve.
According to the document, the previous order, signed in 2017, will be declared invalid.
The draft order has already been published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
The cancellation of the provision on the personnel reserve is connected with the need to implement the presidential decree.
It changes the procedure for forming a personnel reserve in government agencies.
Now the reserve will be formed by the Presidential Administration for Civil Service based on recommendations from officials.
Inclusion in the personnel reserve is voluntary with an unlimited number of members.
However, only those who meet certain requirements can become candidates.
Candidates must have the required experience and education.
In addition, they are required to provide information about their income, expenses, property and property obligations.
Candidates must not have any disciplinary sanctions, and must not be foreign agents or persons without Russian citizenship.
