The Ministry of Internal Affairs has issued a new decree that changes the rules for the deportation of minor foreigners.
Teenage migrants who violate Russian laws can seriously expose their legal representatives.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs has decided to expel from the Russian Federation not only minor foreigners, but also their parents or legal representatives.
This is stated in the order, which is published on the website of federal regulatory legal acts.
If law enforcement officials consider a case of deportation of a person who has not yet reached the age of 18, the question of expulsion of such a person together with legal representatives located on the territory of the Russian Federation will be raised.
The relevant regulation will come into force in the country on February 5 next year, if the authorities approve this decision.
