Fire safety violations often occur in new buildings. They are observed even at the construction stage. Details are reported by TASS with reference to the director of the department of supervision and preventive work of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation Sergey Voronov.
It is noted that capital violations often occur not during the project period, but during construction work on the facility.
According to Voronov, in order to promptly identify violations, the Ministry of Emergency Situations requests that specialists from the Ministry of Emergency Situations be included at the stage of building construction.
He noted that the State Duma has this bill, but the issue has not yet been resolved with the Ministry of Construction.
