Fraudsters pose as employees of the department, go around apartments and houses, convincing residents to buy fire alarms at inflated prices.
The danger is that fraudsters disguise themselves as government officials in order to inspire confidence, the agency said in a statement on its Telegram channel.

Information about the need to buy a device from unknown people is a scam.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations does not distribute equipment to residential buildings.
It is recommended that any case of fraud be reported immediately by calling 112 so that the relevant services can take action.
