The Ministry of Emergency Situations has proposed increasing the fines for drunk driving of small vessels. Details are reported by TASS with reference to the head of the State Inspectorate for Small Vessels of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations' Water Safety Department, Andrey Pechenin.

It is noted that on the issue of fines, the ministry sent the draft law to executive authorities for approval.
