It is specified that the norms apply exclusively to cases of death of volunteers and military personnel who were wounded or injured during military operations and did not commit illegal actions.
It is added that, according to the law, disabled persons from childhood of groups I and II, as well as disabled children, have the opportunity to receive a social pension and a survivor's pension, or a social pension and an insurance pension.
