The deputy noted that today migrants pay 8 thousand rubles “and do who knows what.”
Davankov proposed raising the bar to a quarter of a million and directing the funds received to the development of security systems.
The State Duma member emphasized that this money should not go to the city budget, but should be directed to specific districts.
Today, the largest number of visitors is in Chertanovo, Novoperedelkino, Maryino. This is where these funds should go, the deputy believes.
A patent gives the right to a foreigner or stateless person who has arrived in the Russian Federation in a manner that does not require a visa to work for an individual or legal entity.
The patent holder has the right to work only in the entity in whose territory the patent was issued.
