The State Duma intends to support the expansion of the list of violations against migrants.
20 articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses will establish offenses for which foreign citizens will be deported from Russia.
State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin shared this information on his Telegram channel.
It is noted that this list was prepared by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. And the State Duma intends to support the proposed amendments.
The issue of migration control is extremely important, Volodin emphasized.
According to him, deputies constantly receive requests concerning the issue of migrants. Therefore, the speaker of the State Duma noted, it is important to improve migration legislation.
It is noted that the following offenses will be included:
- disobedience to police officers;
- petty hooliganism;
- propaganda of Nazism and display of corresponding paraphernalia;
- calls for terrorism, etc.
Earlier it was reported that foreigners began to fail the Russian language exam en masse.
