From September 18, 2024, registration for family mortgage transactions will be suspended.

It is noted that we are talking about a preferential program called “Family Mortgage”.
Sberbank took such measures due to the fact that the budget funds allocated by the state to pay for this program had been exhausted.
It is noted that the restrictive measures do not apply to those clients who signed up for the allocation of funds earlier.
Sberbank continues to accept applications received through the Domclick service, but for now they will not be subject to review.
The financial organization emphasized that the conclusion of agreements for the allocation of family mortgages will continue after the state allocates additional funds for this.
At present, 43.3 thousand loans have been issued under the terms of the Family Mortgage. The amount of transactions exceeded 237 billion rubles.
