The man appealed to the St. Petersburg district court with a request to recover compensation for moral damages from his unfaithful wife.
He explained that the woman had cheated on him repeatedly.
The plaintiff emphasized that he experienced moral and mental suffering due to his wife’s actions.
He also claims to have suffered from deep depression and severe stress.
Lebedeva clarifies that the man initially wanted to receive 1 million rubles.
But it is noted that the woman has already paid her husband 16 thousand rubles.
The situation will be looked into. A preliminary court hearing has been scheduled on this issue.
