The diplomatic mission cited information from Egyptian authorities that the number of cases of gastroenteritis has sharply increased in the region. So far, cases of the disease have been recorded in only two cities in the Egyptian region.
In this regard, Russian authorities do not recommend that Russian citizens visit the province of Aswan.
In order to protect yourself from infection, the Russian embassy urged people to eat only thermally processed animal products, as well as drink and brush their teeth with bottled water.
In case of malaise and symptoms of the disease, it is recommended to contact specialists.
