Deputy head of the department Igor Kruglinsky stated that it would not hurt to install mobile phone blockers during the Unified State Exam (USE).
Rosobrnadzor has a desire to implement this initiative, but does not have the capacity, RIA Novosti quotes Kruglinsky as saying.
This proposal requires additional costs, which will fall on regional budgets.
But today there is no such possibility. "Right now it is quite difficult to implement," the department representative emphasized.
For now, the initiative remains at the discussion level. Competent agencies have been talking about "jammers" for several years now. The issue rests on the funding of the initiative.
