The situation with a Moscow resident who had a panic attack is a clear example of this.

Rosgvardia officers helped a young man who had a panic attack. The Moscow Agency reports details with reference to the press service of the Main Directorate of Rosgvardia in Moscow.

It is noted that the citizen felt unwell. His breathing was impaired and his muscles were stiff, so after a short time he asked for help from the Rosgvardia officers.

According to the press service, officers discovered that the young man was having a panic attack.

They also noted that an ambulance soon arrived at the scene. Specialists provided assistance to the guy and then sent him to the hospital with a preliminary diagnosis of "vegetative-vascular dystonia."

It is added that the victim’s father expressed gratitude to the Russian National Guard officers for their assistance and competent actions.
