As Vladimir Vladimirovich asserts, if US weapons are nevertheless deployed in Germany, Russia will respond with mirror measures.
Putin explained: “We will consider ourselves free from the corresponding moratorium,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
As the head of state explained, Russia will also have the right to increase the capabilities of its coastal troops.
The President's response
Washington has repeatedly stated that it wants to deploy its high-precision long-range missile weapons in Germany in 2026.
It was explained that projectiles from such weapons would be able to reach important state and military facilities in Russia.
It was also indicated that the flight time of such munitions would be approximately ten minutes.
The US leadership emphasized the successful development of exercises in this area during the transfer of Typhon missiles from its territory to Denmark and the Philippines.
