According to the agency, the country plans to introduce several measures aimed at increasing the birth rate.
In particular, members of large families will be able to study at universities for half the cost, and pregnant students can count on a one-time payment of 100 thousand rubles.
This support will be available to full-time students if they register between 1 January 2025 and 27 December 2027.
The program also provides the opportunity to undergo the preparatory stage of IVF free of charge for those who are just planning to become parents.
Families with small children have also been taken care of. They will be able to use free rental services, as well as short-term babysitting groups.
