Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov commented on whether Vladimir Putin is aware of quad bikes.
He expressed hope that the president was not aware of this movement.
In an interview with RIA Novosti, Peskov said: "I hope not. There is no need to exaggerate the popularity."
He also noted that one should not attach much importance to teenage subculture.
