The All-Russian Children's Center "Orlyonok" filed a lawsuit against the Chinese "International Trading Company Si Fang He".

The subject of the dispute is the rights to a trademark containing the word “Orlyonok”.

The camp demands early termination of legal protection of the mark, as it interferes with the registration of its own trademark, RIA Novosti writes.

The Intellectual Property Court left Orlyonok’s application pending until November 27.

The camp administration is also advised to provide all necessary documents.

According to the court's records, the Chinese company registered the disputed trademark in class 25 of the International Classification of Goods and Services.

The children's center is allegedly seeking to have the trademark's protection terminated due to non-use.

The camp, located on the Black Sea in the Tuapse region, receives more than 20 thousand minors annually.

The camp insists on maintaining the brand, which is important for the reputation of the health center.
