The aviation company Ural Airlines has released information about its intentions to pay compensation to a resident of Omsk.
The woman is reported to have suffered stress as a result of an emergency landing of an aircraft in 2022.
The courts of the Omsk region stated the following on their official Telegram channel on this issue: “The injured party was forced to consult a psychotherapist.”
It is emphasized that the victim will be provided with 80 thousand rubles as compensation for moral damages.
Payment of compensation
This decision was approved by the Kirov District Court of Omsk.
It is emphasized that the court considered a civil case based on a claim filed by a resident of Omsk.
The claim was drawn up and filed against Ural Airlines OJSC.
The court ruled that the above-mentioned airline must pay moral compensation to the injured party, as well as pay a fine of 40 thousand rubles.
