It is noted that 150 minutes of physical activity per week can reduce the likelihood of metabolic disorders and other diseases.

According to Murashko, lack of activity can lead to excess weight gain. This can increase the likelihood of developing 12 types of cancer.

He noted that half of colon cancer cases are related to poor nutrition, so for prevention it is worth increasing the consumption of vegetables and fruits, reducing red meat in the diet and giving up processed meat.

It is added that most stomach cancers can be avoided with diagnosis.
