Roskomnadzor has drawn attention to the increase in complaints from MTS users.
Mobile operator clients complain about the operation of the “Personal Account” service.
In particular, as RIA Novosti reports with reference to information confirmed by RKN, users are faced with the fact that they receive false information about the paid services they are connecting to.
It is noted that messages about failures began to appear earlier in Telegram channels. Allegedly, MTS users stated that 500 rubles were written off from them overnight for additional services.
Roskomnadzor clarified that on December 24, starting at 9:45 Moscow time, an increase in complaints about the operation of the personal account was recorded, related to the load on the service.
In addition, there were complaints about the provision of false information about paid options. It is noted that at the moment about 30 complaints from users have been recorded.
At the same time, Roskomnadzor did not record any damage or disruptions in the operation of the mobile operator’s network.
