Irina Bolgar, the mother of Pavel Durov’s three children, considers Telegram to be jointly acquired property.

She intends to fight for her rights and her children by filing a lawsuit in Switzerland.

Bolgar said on social media that she had been in a relationship with Durov for 10 years.

Their marriage was not officially registered. However, she had access to family assets using powers of attorney.

Bulgar claims she had documents that allowed her to rent the property.

Durov promised to pay rent and provide children with access to family resources.

Bolgar also emphasized that in some countries, unregistered relationships are recognized as official marriage.

She believes that this could affect the division of property.

Previously, the woman accused Pavel Durov of violence against one of their children.

She stated that the businessman had treated the child harshly on several occasions.
