Mikhalkov noted that many rich pop stars mistakenly believed that they would be loved abroad as they were in Russia.
He emphasized that over time, many wanted to return because they felt comfortable in Russia.
However, Mikhalkov noted that those who loved them realized that the stars valued only their fame.
The artist said that those who left need to become needed by their country again.
He stressed that nothing will happen just like that, and it is important to maintain ties with the homeland.
