Trading goods in markets is accompanied by an offer to pay for the goods using a bank card and a phone number.

Transferring money to a card of an unknown person may lead to accusations of participation in financing extremism.

This was reported to RIA Novosti by lawyer and head of the law enforcement center in Moscow and the Moscow region, Alexander Khaminsky.

He explained that sellers at the markets offer buyers to pay for goods by transferring to a card or phone.

Such payments remain anonymous and the buyer does not receive a receipt for them.

However, such accounts are opened for transactions not related to business.

Buyers in such payments run the risk of not knowing the true purpose of the payment.

At the same time, laws do not directly prohibit sellers from using cards for payments when conducting business.

The lawyer warned that when paying for goods with a card on the market there is a risk that the money will go to finance extremists and terrorists.
