Lawyer Stanislav Melnik reported that the legislation regulates the presence of pets in apartments.
According to the lawyer, the number of times four-legged friends can live in a particular home is regulated by legal acts.
Melnik noted: “The corresponding restrictions apply depending on the specific region of the country,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
According to Melnik, in the Novosibirsk region the permissible number of animals in apartments directly depends on their size.
In addition, the area of the room is extremely important. The smaller it is, the fewer animals can live in such an apartment.
Expert commentary
The lawyer explained: “For every twelve square meters there is no more than one large dog or three cats.”
The lawyer also pointed out the fact that some regions do not introduce such restrictions.
The result is dissatisfaction among the neighbors of those people who keep a large number of pets in their homes.
