Russian lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky commented on the arrest of businessman and Telegram founder Pavel Durov.
Currently, Durov is in prison in France, and law enforcement officials are carrying out investigative measures against him.
Dobrovinsky stated that the businessman would most likely be released in two days, as reported by TASS .
The lawyer explained: “It’s difficult to make a claim against a person whose corporation follows private rules.”
Expert's answer
The lawyer also emphasized the fact that to date there is no court decision regarding Durov.
The expert added: “There are only suspicions that the founder of Telegram committed an offense.”
The lawyer also shared his conviction that Durov is currently being intimidated.
In addition, Dobrovinsky believes that the businessman’s refusal to cooperate with France will allow Telegram shares to grow significantly.
