The Crocus Group company announced measures regarding people who suffered during the terrorist attack in Crocus City.
12 categories of people were identified who are entitled to compensation payments for what happened.

It is specified that on September 20, a meeting of the commission, which is responsible for distributing charitable aid, was held.
The organization reviewed and processed 341 applications received from victims of the terrorist attack. 12 categories of people eligible for payments were identified, and all funds collected were distributed among them.
The first monetary compensation payments will begin on September 23, 2024.
According to Crocus Group, the following will be the first to receive the money:
- orphans whose parents' lives were taken by a terrorist attack;
- elderly parents of the victims;
- people who have become severely disabled and require further treatment and rehabilitation.
