Almost half of Russians spoke in favor of a bonus instead of a corporate party.
This was revealed in a survey conducted by the media holding Rambler&Co.
46% of Russians surveyed said that they would like to receive a bonus instead of a New Year's corporate party, TASS writes.
About 20% of respondents said that their companies refused to hold corporate events this year.
Also, 17% of respondents find corporate events a convenient opportunity for informal communication with colleagues.
Every tenth employee among the study participants is sure that work and play should be separated, and therefore do not attend corporate events.
Only 7% of respondents said that they happily attend holidays and carefully prepare for them.
For 34% of respondents, the decisive factor for attending holidays is food and refreshments, for 22% – rewarding the best employees.
