The United Press Service of the Judicial System of Kabardino-Balkaria reported that eight people were fined in Nalchik.
The reason for the fine is that the citizens in question showed disrespect for the Russian anthem.
The corresponding sentence was handed down by the magistrate's court in Nalchik, as reported by the official Telegram channel of the United Press Service of the Judicial System of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.
It is emphasized that the offenders are guilty of committing acts provided for in Article 17.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
The fine that the offenders will have to pay is three thousand Russian rubles.

Materials have appeared on social networks showing some parents of students from School No. 33 in Nalchik not standing during the performance of the anthem.
Some offenders were not listening to the anthem, but were engrossed in their smartphones.
The publication was assessed accordingly by the head of the State Duma Defense Committee, Andrei Kartapolov.
