During the raid, a real record holder for the number of fines was revealed. The owner of a BMW 3-series violated traffic rules 1,453 times over the past year.
It is noted that the amount of fines received by the foreigner is estimated at 363 thousand rubles.
The appropriate measures were taken against the "champion". His vehicle was confiscated, and the foreigner himself was registered for military service.
In total, the raid revealed 2,361 administrative violations. In addition to the above-mentioned case, law enforcement officers seized 91 cars and also sent out "letters of happiness" worth about 4.7 million rubles.
