61-year-old Viktor Orban has noticeably improved his physical fitness after training using the “Russian” method.
The Hungarian Prime Minister opted for a method that was popular in the USSR.
This is reported by the Hungarian portal Blikk . The publication reports that the politician has started training after a long break caused by an injury.
Now Orban works out 4-5 times a week without a trainer, using his own program.
For training, the prime minister uses 16 and 24 kg weights. The politician takes the sports equipment with him on business trips and always finds time for training.
The publication notes that this method of keeping fit was used in the past by Soviet military personnel, which is why journalists called the method “Russian”.
The portal points out that the prime minister has lost a lot of weight in a few months. The politician is not one of those who steps on the scale after every workout, so there is no information on how many extra pounds Orban has lost.
It is also emphasized that the head of government manages to lose weight through diet.
