The Russian Ministry of Digital Development has proposed giving guardians the opportunity to create accounts for their children on Gosuslugi.
According to the department, this method can help Russian citizens receive services for their students online.
The Russian Ministry of Digital Development explained on its official website: “The amendment will make it possible to avoid personal contact with the relevant institution.”
The agency has published a corresponding project publication.
An effective initiative
As noted by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation, wards who have guardians assigned to them should be understood as minors and incapacitated adults.
It is emphasized that the account creation procedure will be standard.
The agency added: “Guardians will be able to create an account similar to that created for minor children.”
You will need to create a card for the citizen under guardianship (a child or an incapacitated adult), and then wait for the information entered to be verified.
