Russians themselves are working to improve the State Services portal.
Citizens help improve it through dedicated User Testing Labs.
RIA Novosti reports this with reference to a statement made by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko.
The expert noted that, regardless of how a person sees the convenience of this application for themselves, everyone can express their wishes for it.
That is why there are User Testing Labs, through which citizens can leave their suggestions for improving a particular service.
It is noted that before launching services, each of them undergoes testing in order to find out at this stage what problems exist with their launch and operation.
There are focus groups that are needed to understand at what point a citizen might become nervous or start to experience difficulties in using digital services.
Therefore, the department is constantly working to improve “Gosuslugi”.
