As noted in the published material, 23-year-old Eliza got a job as a nanny for the Kennedy family back in 1998.
The harassment, she said, occurred repeatedly. On one occasion, Robert Kennedy Jr. stroked the nanny's leg while sitting at the same table with her.
Then, she claims, the politician harassed the girl when she returned from yoga class.
At the time, the girl did not tell anyone about what had happened. However, in 2017, when the #MeToo movement emerged, the girl told her mother about everything that had happened to her in Kennedy's house.
Holly Cooney, the nanny's mother, was outraged, but not surprised, as she knew the ways of the privileged.
Eliza's story could have remained a secret between her and her mother, but in 2023, when Kennedy Jr. wanted to run for president, Holly told a lawyer she knew about what happened.
However, when the lawyer suggested filing a lawsuit, the victim refused for some unknown reason.
Earlier it was reported that Kennedy Jr. called on the United States to establish dialogue with Russia.
