The organizers of the 2025 Australian Open responded to questions from Kazakh fans that they cannot yet resolve this problem.

According to the event representatives, if the ban on paying for tickets with numbers ending with +7 is lifted, then not only people from Kazakhstan, but also from the Russian Federation will be able to buy them.
