The head of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation spoke about the employment of young specialists.
According to Valery Falkov, a system should be implemented in Russia that would guarantee a job to everyone who graduated from a university.
The head of the department made this statement during government hour in the State Duma, TASS reports.
Falkov recalled that there is a serious shortage of personnel on the labor market.
At the same time, there is a disproportion in terms of preparation, and this phenomenon needs to be corrected.
The creation of a system that would officially secure the status of a young specialist and guarantee employment for public sector employees would help to cope with the deficit.
Falkov also noted that this system should not be compulsory. It will become more attractive if students are encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities.
As the head of the Ministry of Education and Science noted, the initiative is already being discussed with doctors, teachers and engineers.
