The Human Rights Council has spoken out about military service.
According to the head of the Presidential Council for Human Rights, it is time for Russia to increase its army.
As Valery Fadeev wrote in his Telegram channel, every young man should serve in the army.
Moreover, the official is of the opinion that this applies even to those young men who cannot serve due to health reasons.
Let him serve in the kitchen or as a clerk, Fadeev wrote on Telegram.
He recalled the reaction of young people to the partial mobilization that was announced in the country in 2022. After that, some of the people who could have been called up to the army left Russia.
As Fadeyev emphasized, many of those who left the country were graduates of prestigious Russian universities, including holders of diplomas from Moscow educational institutions.
However, possession of the coveted “crust” does not at all mean that they have acquired knowledge about how the world works, the head of the HRC concluded.
