It has become known which vacancy was recognized as the most in short supply in Russia.
Janitors were the only profession in which the number of people getting a job was less than the number of open positions.
The TASS agency shared these results of the study with reference to the work carried out by specialists from the hh.ru resource.
The study examined 11 million job postings posted by employers through 2024.
Indices indicating a shortage of job seekers were identified. Such an indicator is an index from 2 to 3.9.
If the index is even lower, this indicates an acute shortage.
Experts assigned the janitor profession an index of 0.8, since the number of vacancies exceeded the supply. At the same time, a year earlier, in 2023, the janitor profession was in third place.
Also, in addition to janitors, the country is experiencing a shortage of turners, who moved from first place to second, adding 0.1 points.
The top three positions are occupied by sales assistants and cashiers, the situation with which has worsened significantly since last year. Now this vacancy is among the top three positions in short supply with an index of 1.2.
