According to Bereznikov, you should not eat a lot of berries and fruits with an index that is more than 35. These include bananas, grapes, pineapple, melon, oranges, and blueberries.
He noted that fruits with an index of less than 35 can be consumed daily. This list includes apricots, avocados, strawberries, raspberries, and cherries.
