According to registration documents, a Russian woman whose details match Blinovskaya owns several properties in prestigious areas of the city.
The emirate's documents, which RIA Novosti has reviewed, indicate that she owns real estate in the Dubai Hills, Madinat Jumeirah Living and Nad Al Sheeba areas.
In addition, Blinovskaya is also the owner of real estate in the elite Marina Shores complex.
Dubai Hills is one of the most popular areas among expats. Apartments in this part of Dubai start from $245,000, while villas start from $898,000.
Earlier, by a court decision, Blinovskaya was declared bankrupt and the procedure for the sale of her property was opened.
