The deputy believes that for intimate pleasures one should choose other places: at home or in the forest.
Milonov was outraged by the behavior of tourists who satisfy their lust in public on the beach.
He also criticized nudists who sunbathe on the coast without clothes.
According to Milonov, the beach is a public place where intimacy and nudity are unacceptable.
The MP calls for severe punishment for tourists who violate these rules.
