A lawyer listed “dacha” fines that some land owners may not know about.
A comment was shared by a member of the Association of Lawyers of the Russian Federation, Yaroslav Ostapenko.
In an interview with NEWS.ru, he warned of four fines. The expert reminded that it is forbidden to wash or repair cars on the territory of the SNT.
A fine of 3-5 thousand rubles is provided for this. If the wash resulted in soil contamination, the amount of financial liability can reach 10 thousand rubles.
Untimely or incorrect disposal of household waste leads to a violation of sanitary standards. A fine of 2-3 thousand rubles is provided for this.
When making a fire at your dacha, it is worth remembering a number of rules. If we are talking about a barbecue, then this should be done at a distance of at least 5 m from buildings.
If there are coniferous or deciduous trees growing on the site, then it is permissible to make a fire 30 or more meters from the plants. The distance from the house should be at least 50 m.
Violation of these requirements is punishable by a fine of 5-15 thousand rubles.
The fourth fine is related to unauthorized consumption of electricity.
We are talking, for example, about unauthorized connection to the network or some serious technical violations.
In this case, fines start from several thousand and reach more than 1 million rubles.
